Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Program Coordinator supports the execution of FCPR's energy programs. They provide support to the Energy Program Officer and other Senior Staff in the implementation and execution of energy programs. It is expected that the person in this position will be able to provide management and administrative support to the energy team. The person will need to be proficient in technology and Microsoft tools to produce meeting minutes, reports, memorandums, presentations, and letters. This individual is crucial for maintaining programmatic archives, ensuring compliance with program report deadlines, and meeting any other deadline requirements that arise. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are expected to facilitate interaction with grantees, collaborators, donors, and contractual suppliers. The person is expected to possess structured and superb organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including coordinating meetings with internal or external resources. Additionally, the individual understands that all communication or representation, whether in person or through alternative methods such as telephone, email, or virtual meetings, represents FCPR, its mission, and its values. The person is committed and will become an important asset in achieving equity, justice, and community prosperity. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
