The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has made federal funds available to the
Government of Puerto Rico under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (CFDA 97.039). Foundation
Comunitaria de Puerto Rico, Inc. (FCPR) and the Central Office of Recovery, Reconstruction, and
Resilience (COR3) has an agreement that addresses the use of that federal grant funding of the
program.
