Connecting donors to philanthropic opportunities and facilitating scholarships and grants
Since 1985, the Puerto Rico Community Foundation (FCPR) connects donors to the causes they are passionate about and facilitates the contributions they make to advance community development. They do this through the establishment of philanthropic funds in the foundation, which allow us to grant student grants university students, donations to non-profit organizations, We also provide training, technical assistance and emergency donations to organizations and individuals.
We develop programmatic approaches to drive transformation processes in communities.
The Puerto Rico Community Foundation also develops programmatic approaches that allow us to facilitate transformation processes in communities. Our current approaches drive access to renewable energy and clean water; and economic development through small business incubation and acceleration and vocational training; and promote gender and racial equity and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
