CLOSED | The Gualasia Scholarship Fund Since 2017, it has provided supplemental financial aid to students from the town of Jayuya who are pursuing undergraduate or graduate studies at an accredited educational institution in or outside of Puerto Rico in fields related to agriculture —such as agricultural sciences, agronomy, agricultural genetics, and biotechnology, among others. Applicants must also demonstrate financial need, satisfactory academic performance, leadership, and an interest in community development.
