The Sebastián Deliz Foundation Fund, established at the Puerto Rico Community Foundation (PRCF), offers supplemental financial aid to talented Rosa-Bell College students who demonstrate financial need.

- To be a student of the Rosa-Bell School.
- Evidence of satisfactory academic performance - for the purposes of this scholarship, this is defined as an overall academic rating of 2.80 or higher (on a scale of 4.00).
- Demonstrate financial need.
- Stand out for leadership, service and respect in the community.
- Be available for an interview with the Evaluation Committee.
- Submit the application along with all documents.
