Government selects nonprofit organization to manage UPR scholarship fund
San Juan, P.R. - The Puerto Rico Financial Advisory Authority and Fiscal Agency (AAFAF) selected the Puerto Rico Community Foundation (PRCF) to provide administration and investment services for a new scholarship fund for students of the University of Puerto Rico (UPR) established by virtue of the institution's Fiscal Plan.
