The Puerto Rico Community Foundation has a personalized relationship to understand your philanthropic concerns and desires, enabling us to present our social investors with the solution that best suits their circumstances. Likewise, it has focused efforts on the community in three strategic areas to provide donations, scholarships, and training: Education, Community Economy y Advocacy.

career began with education of the country in 1985, when the first mini-grant program for teachers was established. Through the years, its efforts have been directed towards the training and coaching of teachers, principals, parents, and school transformation agents. The Foundation has worked with over 100 public schools in the country and about 500 teachers to impact the academic and social transformation of at least 50,000 students. In order to empower individuals' leadership and entrepreneurial capacity to increase community capital, the Foundation has catalyzed and consolidated collaborations with foundations in the United States, and the private, academic, and public sectors, which have impacted the community economy ecosystem on the Island. From these collaborations, programs such as the Community Economic Consortium, the Community Investment Fund (CIF), and the Santurce Creative Industries Fund have emerged. Today, the Foundation also focuses on promoting and strengthening small and medium-sized enterprise incubators and accelerators.
