Vista Scholarship Program, Established at the Puerto Rico Community Foundation, it provides supplementary financial aid to individuals pursuing sub-specialization (fellowship) postgraduate studies in specific ophthalmology areas; and demonstrates satisfactory academic achievement, financial need, leadership, and an interest in the community development of Puerto Rico.
