The Northwest Talent Scholarship Fund provides supplementary economic aid for undergraduate or graduate university studies to individuals who demonstrate financial need, satisfactory academic achievement, leadership and interest in the community development of Puerto Rico, and who are from the towns of Aguada, Aguadilla, Isabela, Moca, and Quebradillas.
