The Benito Massó Scholarship Fund for Loíza Youths provides supplemental financial aid to Afro-descendant youth between the ages of 16 and 25 - residents of the Municipality of Loíza - who demonstrate interest in pursuing post-secondary studies, whether associate, technical or vocational degrees, certifications or baccalaureate degrees, in educational institutions in Puerto Rico.
